We'd already visited 2 Honda dealers in the area before we came to Route 23 based on its ratings, proximity to my work and an online quote. The whole experience at Route23 was a step above. Everyone from Lori in internet sales to Alton Brown our sales person made time to treat us right on a busy Saturday. Alton, who was working with 2 other customers already had a great attitude, hustled, answered questions about the new hybrid that no one else had and generally made us feel like his only customers. the show room was comfortable. the test drive parking area is covered and the drive with Alton was pleasant and informative. You could get a snack if there was a delay anywhere along the way. The manager honored a online price they'd offered without blinking an eye (not even close to the case at other dealerships)and helped me with financing options for the car and accessories I wanted. Fred in finance was at the end of a long day but still friendly, professional and I was amazed to find out they could handle all my NY registration paperwork when other dealers pushed that off on me. my credit union has also warned me that some dealerships would argue about accepting my credit union loan check, but it was processed in just a few minutes with no concerns. For the buying experience id recommend them over other dealers in the area and I look forward to receiving the same service from maintenance in the years to come. More

With the help of Rolando, he was able to show us a lot of cars, and was extremely patient and respected our wishes. He guided us throughout the entire process- from test driving many cars to helping us find the one we wanted and then eventually purchasing it. He answered our calls and texts right away and explained to us in detail all of our options and was really honest and open about everything. Overall, we had a great experience and can only hope we will have as much luck with the car as we did with Route 23 Honda. More

Very friendly and straight to the point! I purchased my car in January of this year (2014), so I'm a little late with my review, but better late then never! He was great and very straightforward, which I loved. I told him what I could afford and he gave me my options. He was laid back and did not try to hassle me or con me, which seemed what every place I went to before here, was doing. I told him I didn't have the best credit ( its fair, 680 score) as I'm building it and do not have anything major in my name like a mortgage or school/home loans ( I am in my 20's). He was still very reassuring that I will get something I want and will love. He was the one that actually had to keep telling me to relax and that I would be walking out of there with a new car. Well, needless to say HE WAS RIGHT! AND I LOVE my 2013 Honda Civic LX. :) Wilson, the finance manager was excellent as well. He knew that I am in the process of really trying to build my credit and he worked with me and the bank until they approved! My payment history is excellent so they told me that really helped me (way to go mom & dad for teaching me to be a responsible adult! woo-hoo!) Wilson was awesome! This place is also very inviting, with its squeaky clean appearance, pretty silver and blue balloons, free coffee, popcorn and soda, just made it all the more pleasurable doing business in a place like this. And being that blue is my favorite color, I loved that there was so much blue! (no significance whatsoever, I know, lol) I could not be more satisfied with my experience at Honda on Rt 23. Highly recommend! More
