First new car!! This is my first time purchasing a vehicle and I have to say I really enjoyed this experience. I actually had gone to another dealership prior and had the worst experience of my life. I left feeling discouraged, insulted, and frustrated. However coming into route 23 honda I was immediately greeted which made me feel welcomed. Tony was great and willing to work with me regarding the price. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the honesty and " no xxxxxxxx" attitude he had. I only spoke to him which was awesome because I didn't have a manager coming and trying to initiating me-you know what most salesman do. This experience was worth the trip (I live in queens) and I would definitely recommend Tony to my friends and family. I left this dealership in my new car, feeling ecstatic!
