Route 23 Honda

Dino was able to offer me a 2014 Honda Accord V6 Coupe at a rate I was comfortable agreeing to. My time at the dealership was limited (I had to be home by a certain time as I had an appointment with a repai a rate I was comfortable agreeing to. Within 2 hrs, I was able to test drive the 2014 Accord Coupe, come to a quick agreement on a new 3 yr lease (after some unnecessary back-and-forth negotiationing), clean out my current car, and "move" into my new 2014 Accord Coupe!! I do have one suggestion to the manager/owner of Route 23 Honda...how about ordering cars in colors besides the usual, BORING white, silver, and black??!!! How about selecting a VARIETY of colors to order for your dealership? I chose black, but I would've preferred the new "brown" color or even a charcoal gray or red. Variety is the spice of life, remember that!!! 3 yrs from now, I hope to see more of a selection to choose from!! Dino was very friendly and fair and I would recommend him to any of my friends/family/colleagues in search of a car. Honda also is giving me a free year of their Roadside Assistance Program and also provided me with a sheet of various coupons to use at their service center. Honda also offers a great referral program so I will do my best to recommend anyone I know that is in search of a car to check out Route 23 Honda!!! More

After over 4 weeks of an intense search for a dealership who could help me get into a reliable car and one that would allow me to rebuild my credit score, I was ready to call it quits. At least 6 other dealerships said they could help me and two of them even " guaranteed" me over and over, but in the end could not deliver on their promise, I was extremely discouraged and my trust was shot so I was ready to resign from my dream job, which requires a vehicle for travel, and due to a string of negative incidences, I was without a car and no hope in sight. But, I decided to look online one more time and I came across ROUTE 23 HONDA. A dealership is a dealership I've learned, but it's the people at the dealership that separate the boys from the men. I called the dealership and then drove over there. I told the receptionist I had called, she looked on her computer, knew who I was, and immediately ROLANDO RENGEL came over and introduced himself. He listened to my experience and I didn't really believe he could help me either, but he gained my trust and then we started the process. It was a Saturday so the banks were closed and he kindly told me that I should go on home and he would call me Monday to let me know what could be done. I explained to him, I would no longer have a car after that day, so I would need someone to come pick me up. I left the dealership, and I was a tiny bit hopeful because EDWIN MENDEZ, The finance Manager, told me, he would get me in a car for sure and for some reason I believed in him. At 4 pm the same day, ROLANDO called me to tell me they had gotten me approved for a vehicle ! A Certified 2010 Honda Civic! He drove 30 minutes to pick me up from my home and take me back to Route 23 Honda to get my Honda Civic. I am so happy with the vehicle and EDWIN AND ROLANDO will get my business again! They both gave me hope again. I can't thank ROLANDO AND EDWIN both enough for helping me. They are both great people and seem to really take pride in helping others. So, if you need to get a car but you're worried about past mistakes, don't waste your time looking and getting lied to, call ROLANDO FIRST because he will do what he says he's going to do! More
