I had previously purchased a car from Route 23 Honda in 2001. I have had that car just about 13 years and decided to finally trade in for a new one. Dino was the sales associate I worked with back in 200 2001. I have had that car just about 13 years and decided to finally trade in for a new one. Dino was the sales associate I worked with back in 2001. It was a very positive experience then and I asked for him again a few days ago. Sitting down with him I told him what I was looking for. He set me up with a test drive. After that we determined what I was going to buy. Dino was very attentive to my questions and fully answered them all to my satisfaction. He is very business minded and has an excellent personality when it comes to dealing with people. Suggestions were made on options but I never felt any pressure to purchase anything I didn't want to buy. He coordinated everything with the financial person (Sunny Chan, who was also very good) and I was able to take home a new car in about 4 hours from when I first walked into the dealership. Fred, Steve, and Mike were fabulous and helpful. I was very specific in my car search. I only waned a rayelle red 2013 Honda civic coupe si, and they found it. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a reply from Jeff Beck for my email to the dealership requesting a quote for leasing a new Honda Accord. I exchanged numerous emails with Jeff and he answered eve Jeff Beck for my email to the dealership requesting a quote for leasing a new Honda Accord. When I met Jeff in person I was impressed with his honesty and friendly demeanor coupled with his efficiency. We concluded the lease in less than 30 minutes.
