I negotiated the price on the phone, hopped on a bus from Port Authority, and they picked me up from the bus stop. Crissy was great on the phone and arranged everything. Kevin was a friendly and sharp sales associate and walked me through the features of the car. I recommend them both. There was no high-pressure tactics at all. They did offer an extended warranty, but it was no big deal to decline it. Well done Route 23! More

Dino was very helpful to me in the process of selecting a car to purchase instead of lease which I had been doing in the past few years. He informed me of some exciting features such as the sunroof, but when I declined he was never pushy whatsoever.
