I was shopping for a new car 6 Months ago, but we were not ready to make a decision. I visited several car dealers, they usually show no interest once they know that I am not a solid buyer. Scott met us, patiently offered all info about the car with excellent easy and professional manner, and with no doubt compared to other dealers was the best presenter and made us at ease. After 6 months I was ready to buy, I lost Scott's card, I went again to several dealerships and I did not feel comfortable, either with the brand or the Pushy non-friendly techniques. I ended up going to Rt 23 Honda, again to be approached by a salesman that happened to be Scott. Scott was very patient through the process, we have gone through the negotiation, he had a very good follow up. At the end, although I was not 100% satisfied with the final price, but business is business and everyone has to make some decent money.
