We were given the opportunity to check out the car we were considering before being bombarded with numbers and "step into my office" lines you typically get at car dealerships. My finances were also respected by Scott and Sunny, and they worked their magic to get me a beautiful new car with the mileage I wanted for a price that was reasonable - they even threw in a few extras for me. The only feedback I will provide is that the process did take an extremely long time. This is only my second car, so maybe this is standard as I don't really recall the first time around - but we were at the dealership for about 5 hours. Regardless, I was able to drive home in my new 2013 Accord EX-L and I love it! More

I have never written a review before but I would be remiss if I didn't write this one. I can't say enough about the service I received from Rolando Rengel. He was professional, informative, friendly and most important willing and able to find the right car for my daughter. To make a long story short, my husband purchased a car as a "surprise" for daughter - to our "surprise" it was not what she was looking for. Rolando made me feel like there was nothing to worry. He promised me the he would not make us keep a car we were not 100% happy with - he kept that promise. During the process I was not sure he could find us a car that we would all be happy with but at the end, my daughter has a beautiful car that she loves thanks to Rolando. A million thanks to the best salesman, Rolando! PS - He also called me the following day to follow up and wish her a happy 17th birthday! What car salesman does that? He's the best! More

I came into Route 23 Honda the other day interested in looking around for a new car to purchase in the near future. I was assisted by Nikki who was incredibly nice and helped me narrow my search to either looking around for a new car to purchase in the near future. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions concerning the vehicles I was interested in. I am planning on going back to purchase a vehicle in the very near future from her. I don't normally enjoy going to car dealerships, but I can honestly say working with Nikki made the experience much more pleasurable. She was not pushy and seemed to truly be interested and focused on working with me and meeting my needs. More
