I met the managers at Honda 23 previously and told them I was in the market for a new car, they told me they'd give me a great deal and boy did they ever! I got the Honda Accord EX-L with everything on it ex was in the market for a new car, they told me they'd give me a great deal and boy did they ever! I got the Honda Accord EX-L with everything on it except navigation and it looks and feels like a beamer, but with the price of the car the value is through the roof! I couldn't be happier with my car and I couldn't be happier with the deal they gave me! Luis took care of me from beginning to end and Mike came in to help explain the financing in the beginning to get the deal going and then Wilson helped finish off our financing. They gave me every insurance and warranty on the car and then they helped me get great financing! Route 23 Honda not only got a sale, but they probably got a lifetime customer! In a word? Amazing! The employees of Route 23 Honda are a breath of fresh air. After several negative experiences with other dealers, I honestly did not think a great place like this existed. Normally, I equate a trip to a car dealership with a trip to the dentist(or worse!), but my initial phone contact with Chrissy Jacobs let me know that this place will LISTEN when you tell them what your budget is and what kind of car you want...and then find it. 99% of dealers don't do that, and I never understood why not; I thought that was what salespeople were supposed to do. In fact, I have never in my life had a buying experience as good as when I dealt with Nicquelle Denney, who is both knowledgeable and highly supportive. Before Nicquelle, I was about to give up on dealers entirely; I just couldn't deal with the bad attitudes anymore. Who wants to deal with that garbage? We've all been there, and it's time for a change. Route 23 Honda will: --Sell you the car that YOU want to buy, not the one THEY want you to buy; --Completely explain everything about any vehicle. Ask a question, get an answer. --Follow up with phone calls. --Speak to you in a supportive, friendly way. Why most dealers refuse to do the above I don't know. I will not deal with rude, disrespectful, uncoooperative salesmen any longer. They didn't get my business. Route 23 Honda did. Everyone I know will know about it. I'm not a shill.
