First let me say that I am a hard negotiator - I do my homework and don't go to the dealership until I'm fully prepared. The showroom was very busy when I went in, and even though Scott Simon was working with 2 other customers he still took the time to help me out. Scott was very friendly and helpful, and within a few minutes we were getting down to the numbers. Without going into details I'll say that Scott went the extra mile (and then some) to get a deal done. I would highly recommend talking to him if you are looking for a new Honda. The entire staff at Rt 23 Honda are great to work with - Mike Lee not only told me he wanted my business, but SHOWED me by putting together a great deal. Sunny Chan was super friendly and had all my paperwork ready to go, so it took less than half an hour to sign the paperwork and get me out the door in my new Pilot! I recently traded in my old civic si coupe at rt 23 Honda with hopes to get into a 2012 model. As soon as I walked in through the door I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff as Nikki was extremely hel with hopes to get into a 2012 model.
