We do regret the unfortunate experience that occurred recently regarding your Odyssey. Our technician performed full function tests and visual inspection of the door (which you were not charged for). During that time, the technician found that one of the power sliding door cables were broken and missing and unable to be located. Furthermore, the passenger side sliding door could not be closed for reasons which we were not able to come to a root cause. The reason for the extended visit was due to the time frame of your automotive insurance company responding to your claim. We did everything in our power to expedite this for you and were willing to work with the insurance company and with you as a customer to complete the repairs. It is unfortunate that you chose to remove the vehicle from the dealership prior to the necessary repairs being performed, and we wish that we could have had the opportunity.
