We hate shopping for cars, appliances, or any other product where you are greeted at the door by brown-nosing, smarmy salespeople. Back in 1992, after having checked out several other dealerships, we visited Route 23 Honda and met the affable, non-pushy Dino Riccio. It was like sitting down with a knowledgeable friend discussing our options. When we asked to test drive a Civic, he handed us the keys and let us take it out by ourselves--how cool is that! We ended up buying that Civic and were thrilled that Dino was still there in 1999 when we bought our Odyssey...and our CRV in 2005... and now, 20 years later, our 4th Honda. We got to drive our brand new Odyssey home that night, and the dealership took care of all the DMV xx. Dino is awesome, our Hondas have been fantastic, and the dealership has been most kind to us over the years. More

Today my family purchased a certified pre-owned Honda Odyssey. It's a very nice car and we feel we got a great price. Dino Riccio the sales person was excellent to work with. He was very professional, accommodating and helped us through the entire process. Mike Wilson, his assistant, was thorough walking us through all the great features of the car when we were ready to drive off the lot; even setting up the bluetooth connection to our phone. Everyone else that worked on staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even down to the little details of helping us clean out our trade in! I definitely would recommend coming to this dealer. We came in on a crowded Saturday and the process took most of the afternoon. Luckily our 3 young kids were occupied with actitives (tv, games) and snacks (popcorn, water) provided by the dealership. This is our third car purchase from Route 23 Honda, and I'm sure we'll be back the next time. More
