I was a little weary going to a dealership to buy a used car. After having delt with the welcoming staff i was accompanied by mr. Gingerelli in talking as well as viewing some used cars available. The reason as to why I have rated Route 23 Honda as great with every category I answered is Dino Riccio. Dino is honest, caring, sincere and understands my needs and concerns with each and every new Accord that I have purchased. When it comes to car salesman Dino Riccio is the best. In fact, I went to Route 23 a few weeks ago and Dino Riccio was off that day. I explained to the other salesman that I will return when Dino is available. ok heres one, we have 3 kids runnign around like crazy, normal life in the northeast...my wife is expecting and we are thinking about getting a larger vehicle for the family. we had some time, not a lot, a normal life in the northeast...my wife is expecting and we are thinking about getting a larger vehicle for the family. we had some time, not a lot, and thought after my daughters swim class that we could see a vehicle, I wasn't sure that there would be time, since my daughter has school after swimming, aftenoon kindergarten, I called the dealer and got scott and told him we would have extremely limited time due to the situation. He assured me to drop by and he would be ready. so we do the jughandle and pull into the dealership and the vehicle we are curious about is IN PARKING LOT WITH SCOTT standing there, we were able to see the vehicle and my wife was even able to take it for a quick drive, I stayed behind with my 2 daughters, we went inside and my girls had popcorn and played for a little bit, before I knew it and more importantly before the kids knew what was going on, they were back from the test drive! Answered all of our questions. Overall dealer rating 11 on a 10 scale!!! Being able to take the kids in and have popcorn and play while mom take a test drive is well you get the picture! Thanx Scott!
