I had brake pads installed on 2011 civic after 16k miles. I was charged $250.00 dollars for the job. I researched the cost and feel that I was over charged by at least $75.00. I revisited the the dealer agai I was charged $250.00 dollars for the job. I researched the cost and feel that I was over charged by at least $75.00. I revisited the the dealer again for an oil change and tire rotation was charged 61.00 which is ridiculous. My mistake was going to get robbed a second time. WE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED, A CERTIFIED 2010 CRV SE FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH ALTON BROWN. HE WAS BURSTING WITH PERSONALITY,QUITE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED, A CERTIFIED 2010 CRV SEEN ON THE INTERNET AND IT HAPPENED WITHOUT A PROBLEM. WE ADDED OUR 2ND CR-V TO THE FAMILY REPLACING OUR 2003 TOTALED ACCORD. WE CURRENTLY HAVE 1 2008 CRV AND 2008 CIVIC. WILSON AND SUNNY MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR US TO TAKE IT HOME IN A FLASH EVEN THOUGH WE HADN'T RECEIVED OUR SETTLEMENT CHECK FROM OUR INSURANCE. I have been going to Rte 23 Honda for about 4 yrs. now and family members longer than that. Dino always always treats you with the ut most respect and the rest of the staff are friendly and courtous. I have hit rough financial times and Dino has always gotten me into a car. I highly recommend this dealership, but most of all ask for Dino Ricco. He is one good guy. If he can help you, he will go above and beyond to get you into a vehicle and if he cant, there is no BS, just straight talk. I like that. No hounds trying to sell you something you dont want. No broken promises. Dino is what other sales people should be. More
