Frank greeted us with a great smile and strong handshake. My son was interested in the 2012 Civic EX. We were so impressed with Frank's detailed description of the vehicle before we even entered the car. I wanted Frank to sit with my son up front for the test drive, but he insisted that he would take the back seat and wanted me to ride up front. This gave me such a good feeling about what a polite, well-mannered, and true gentleman he is and knows how to treat people with respect. During our test drive, Frank explained all the features of the vehicle and answered all our questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything with great enthusiasm. Frank made our leasing experience a very pleasant and smooth process along with Jerry the sales manager. Frank is a wonderful asset to this dealership. I went to this dealership because I spoke with Luis on the phone when I had issues with my 2010 Honda Civic (the breaks were going). Because I was interested in upgrading my Honda anyway, he went to great lengths in order to get me to come into the store and have my old car appraised. I drove up from Maryland to go back to Route 23 Honda because I had had such a good experience before, and this time it did not disappoint either! Not only did Luis and the financial expert tell me about my options with financing vs. leasing, but they also got me a great trade in value for my 2010 Civic. I felt as though everything was really well explained to me and that my questions were answered. Additionally, they handled everything so that my car would be registered and titled in Maryland, which I really appreciated. Luis was super helpful in explaining my payment options, the benefits of leasing, and, of course, the upgrades on the new 2012 Honda Civic. Ultimately I left with an awesome Honda, which I love, and feeling really good about my visit there. I would definitely make the trip again to continue working with them! More

Although I did my own leg work to locate the car, Anthony was very helpful in finalizing the deal. While I wished I had gotten a better price for my trade, fact is, dealers are not where you go to get a good deal on a trade, so I can’t place fault with them. The process to complete the sale from tags, title and insurance was smooth as well. Overall, they worked with me to get me just under my target payment for the car I wanted. After the sale, Anthony also came through to meet his promise to help meet a few small requests I asked for. More

A few years later we returned to buy another Honda & were pleased to see Dino was still there. Once again he helped us to find the right one! We spread the word about 23 Honda & Dino to family & friends & even my Dad who then purchased their Honda's from Dino. Last week we had the pleasure of meeting up with Dino once again & proud to see he is now a Senior Sales Consultant! Even though it had been a while since we last saw him, his friendly smile & hug made us feel like we were close friends. Dino never fails to work wonders--there was another person interested in the car we wanted, but Dino assured us he would get it for us & he did! Dino & Wilson worked thru the finances, Mike D patiently explained the navigation system & blue tooth & told us to stop by the next day so he could download my #'s in & before we knew it, we were driving our Honda home!
