I recently purchased a new car from Route 23 Honda. From the minute I walked in the door Frank greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake. Frank really knew what he was talking about. Salesman and sales manager lied to us about the disposition of our trade in in order to get us to accept their price, which was well below Edmunds recommended trade in price. They told us the car was NOT going to go on their used car lot but was going to a third party reseller and they could not come up any more in price. Three days after the sale, our car was on their used car lot at Edmunds dealer sell price. They out and out lied to us - I have purchased 5 cars from this dealer and this time was the worst experience I've ever had. I will never go back to this dealer. Run from this dealership - sales manager uses bully tactics to get you to agree to his price - kept my keys from me so I couldn't leave the store. Overall a totally unacceptable experience. Will never set foot in this dealership again. More
