The people that assisted me with the purchase of a 2004 Subaru were GREAT! Everyone was friendly. I was surprised when after showing my interest in the car, they let me take it out for awhile. This freedom they provided made a huge difference in my purchasing of this vehicle. If they had treated me differently, I could and would have easily walked out of this dealership as I had several leads on several cars already. I have to say that the way in which I was treated at this dealership made all the difference in the world. I only hope that this car lasts me a long time. Alton Brown is a great guy. He came through for me and always made me feel at ease. If I asked for more time or anything else, the answer was usually yes. There were several other people there too that were great, the financial person, the guy who greeted us so warmly when we entered the showroom and gave my child balloons. Wow! Seems to be a hardworking staff who really work as a team. (Sorry I wish I could remember everyones name.) Thanks to the managers, the salesmen, and especially to Alton Brown for doing what he and what they all do at this dealership. My next purchase (hopefully not too soon) will be a Honda at Honda Rt 23. More

Just bought a new CRV. It was a nice experience from the moment walking in. Everyone seemed very happy to there and cordial. Right away we were helped by Luis. Everything was really smooth. We have been leasing cars from Dino Riccio since 1991 when he first started with Honda. Our two daughters grew up and became Honda owners as well, first a Del Sol, then Accord and the Fit. Mike was great in showing us how to program the new technology in the Pilot. Route 23 Honda has two excellent employees and we hope they appreciate their worth. The convenience car was very helpful in making this installation convenient. In fact, your service center was helpful and friendly. It was a little frustrating that no one could help me move my stroller, car seat and stuff into the convenience car, while I was trying to keep my 16 month old from running in front of cars, but otherwise, my overall experience was good. I was very unhappy dealing with the finance person. I felt pressured and uncomfortable. The options to had additional money and insurance should be discussed when the cost of the car is being discussed. I felt like we had finished that part, and then I was asked to spend MORE money. Not cool. More

Bought a new 2011 Honda Pilot with the Navigation Package. Car (truck) drives like a dream, it and is extremely quiet and responsive. Good pick-up and breaking distances. I met sales persons (Alton Brown) one year ago when I was looking. Came back and unlike the sales rep at Mazda i had met a year ago, Alton was still there. Picked up where we left off and worked up a trade-in on my slightly damaged 12 year old Ford Winstar. Alton was very familiar with the line of 'old' (pre 2012) and new (2012) Honda's available and we were able to find one on the lot that had everything we were looking for. When i had gone to the Toyota dealer last year, the sales people were no where near as friendly as the Honda team. While price could have been lower Honda offers value--which sometimes comes at a premium price. That said, the dealership was able to work with us to find a price we all were happy with. Didn't realize they expected me to turn over the car then and there, and the dealership was accomodating in all the prep work while i went back and cleaned out my old vehicle and put the missing seat back in. Our only issue was not really with the Pilot, but more the fact that my garage has a low entrance and Honda allowed me to take one home and make sure it fit before we closed the garage. Nice! More
