Route 23 Honda

My experience with Mr. Reyes at Honda Route 23 was outstanding. I just moved from Manhattan and have not had a car since 2009. I have owned Honda's in the past and was interested in another. I heard from a friend that Honda on Route 23 had reliable, trustworthy sales representatives, which for a 30 year old woman, is a deal breaker. Since I had no way of getting to Route 23 Honda, i figured i'd call and get some quotes over the phone. Well wouldn't you know, they sent a driver right over to me in New York to pick me up. This driver happened to be Mr. Phil Reyes, my sales representative. Upon arrival to Route 23 Honda, i was able to test drive the new 2012 Honda Civic and the 2011 Honda Accord EX which i fell in love with. After asking questions about this vehicle, I was certain that the Accord was the way to go! The staff, especially Mr. Reyes were knowledgeable, helpful, and humorous. I have never had a more enjoyable experience purchasing a car like i did at Route 23 Honda!!!!! Kudos to the staff and Mr. Reyes for making such a positive atmosphere at this location. More

A very pleasant buying experience at this dealership. There was no pressure and Dino worked with me every step of the way. He also worked extra hard to get me the car I wanted earilier than expected. My experience prior to purchasing my car was very positive - the salesperson, Rolando, was great. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he kept me updated as the inventory updated and was al positive - the salesperson, Rolando, was great. Rolando's responsiveness and professionalism were what made me ultimately purchase my car from this dealership. If I were only rating my interactions with him, this review would be a 5 across the board. However, the experience I had once I bought the car was not what the dealership promises ('our relationship with the customer begins when the car is purchased...'). The service department was not very polite or responsive when I was trying to get information about my car, and I was back and forth with several people before finally taking my car to be serviced elsewhere. There was an issue with the car that should've been taken care of, and they couldn't find (or fix) the problem - at which point I was told I would be responsible for paying for any further 'service' they did.
