My experience with Mr. Reyes at Honda Route 23 was outstanding. I just moved from Manhattan and have not had a car since 2009. I have owned Honda's in the past and was interested in another. I heard from a friend that Honda on Route 23 had reliable, trustworthy sales representatives, which for a 30 year old woman, is a deal breaker. Since I had no way of getting to Route 23 Honda, i figured i'd call and get some quotes over the phone. Well wouldn't you know, they sent a driver right over to me in New York to pick me up. This driver happened to be Mr. Phil Reyes, my sales representative. Upon arrival to Route 23 Honda, i was able to test drive the new 2012 Honda Civic and the 2011 Honda Accord EX which i fell in love with. After asking questions about this vehicle, I was certain that the Accord was the way to go! The staff, especially Mr. Reyes were knowledgeable, helpful, and humorous. I have never had a more enjoyable experience purchasing a car like i did at Route 23 Honda!!!!! Kudos to the staff and Mr. Reyes for making such a positive atmosphere at this location. More
