My first introduction to 23 Honda was almost a year ago to service my 09 Accord. Steve Wilson in service was the first person I met. When I inquired about turning in my leased Accord 6 months early, Steve directed me to Dino Riccio. Again, Dino patiently explained what was in MY best interest in terms of turning in my lease early. Since that first visit, I contacted Dino a number of times regarding my next purchase. When I had to have my rear brake pads replaced prematurely due to the recall issues on the 09 Accord, Jeremy guided me seamlessly through the process. I am not the most decisive person, and Dino took the time to show me all of my possible options, explaining financing options as well. Dino's honest, non aggressive manner made him the ideal person with whom to do business. When I finally purchased my new 2011 Accord EX-L I could feel confident I'd made a sound decision. Sunny, the finance manager helped affirm this by thoroughly explaining the "numbers" to me when I signed the paperwork. Now stopping in for routine maintenance won't feel like such a 'chore,' since the various employees at 23 Honda make me feel like I'm in good hands. More

I had a great experience at the Honda Dealership. Josh Trinks offered and successfully tought me to drive manual so that I could take home the Civic that I wanted that day. I owned a 2002 Honda Civic and I traded it in for a 2011 Honda Civic last month and was very pleased with the experience. I came into the dealership a little nervous about getting a new car because I knew my credit wasn't great. Chris approached me and I told him immediately about my credit concerns, and he was assuring he wou a new car because I knew my credit wasn't great. I was interested in the Sedan but after looking at the Honda accord, I instantly knew that was the car I wanted. Chris drove with me and explained in detail everything I needed to know about the Accord. Even though it was a used car, it looked brand new and I fell in love with it. The process and paperwork took only about an hour, which I was very pleased with. I would absolutely recommend Chris Bencivenga, he was extremely helpful and made this experience easy and wonderful.
