AMAZING Dealing with DINO ! I reached out to Dino yesterday because I was approaching the mileage limit on my lease and wondered if I could get into a new lease. I have leased my last 5 Ridgeline Pick Up trucks with Dino at this dealership. Well I am already in Ridgeline # 6 ! Smooth transaction because I can really trust Dino. The dealership gets better every time I go there. Today I had a choice of 21 trucks and I ended up with the one I had seen on their website. I do all my service here as well and they are Great. Dishonest Thieves. Do not give this dealer a deposit! Dealer promised complete refund of $2500 deposit due to failure to deliver 2019 Honda Civis Si Sedan on the agreed date as promised . Needed the car b Dealer promised complete refund of $2500 deposit due to failure to deliver 2019 Honda Civis Si Sedan on the agreed date as promised . Needed the car by that date as I was returning a leased vehicle to a different dealer on same day. I made it completely clear that I was only willing to make this deal if they could promise delivery by that date. When dealer informed that they did not have a vehicle for me, I canceled the sale. Finance manager, Kevin Penedo and Sales consultant, Diana Melnikova both confirmed they would give a complete refund. Dealer processed the credit card charge, never refunded the money. Had to dispute in process with credit car vendor. Dealer clearly lied to me twice. When they promissed delivery date and when they promised a refund. It should be noted that I went to a different dealership the next day and leased a the same vehicle for $60 less a month, a savings of $1800 over the course of 36 payments.
