Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know where to start, but I’ll start with walking into the dealership and immediately being asked if I want a salesperson. I immediately said no because I’ve bought cars at Honda before and salespeople can be frustrating. When I was ready, I was introduced to Ashley Verdun. She was just amazing. I don’t like hard sell salespeople, or those that don’t know what they’re talking about. Well I got just the opposite. Extremely knowledgeable and very softsell, on the vehicles I was interested in and extremely personable. Her sales manager Matt Groetsch was very similar, no pressure and was willing to compromise, within reason. I was going to lease or finance but afte all the great service I just went ahead and bought outright the 2019 Accord Sport, and I love it. Ashley told me this was her first sales position and I got to tell whoever reads this you better try and keep her, she has the gift to sell. Just to put things in perspective, I work at a major securities investment firm and have seen salespeople succeed and fail. You have a great salesperson in Ashley. Keep her for as long as you can. He was cordial, encouraging and interested in what I wanted...which involved a trade in and purchase of 2019 Ridgeline RTL-E. David made it easy with facts, figures and accessories (he really knows the products), and after the test drive, we quickly came to an agreement. While waiting to "sign the deal", he filled that time by sitting in the vehicle with me and going thru ever conceivable option. It may have been the best (and quickest) car buying transaction I ever made. Kudos to David. More
