He was cordial, encouraging and interested in what I wanted...which involved a trade in and purchase of 2019 Ridgeline RTL-E. David made it easy with facts, figures and accessories (he really knows the products), and after the test drive, we quickly came to an agreement. While waiting to "sign the deal", he filled that time by sitting in the vehicle with me and going thru ever conceivable option. It may have been the best (and quickest) car buying transaction I ever made. Kudos to David. More
