Best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new car! David Yoon was my sales associate on my recent purchase of a 2018 Honda Accord. David is very professional, knowledgeable and likable! He took the time to go over all the new technical features (ie Honda Sensing and Apple Car Play) with me before my test drive and again on the day that I picked up my car. I signed the deal to purchase my car on the Saturday morning of Memorial Day Weekend. Route 23 Honda did not have the color that I wanted in inventory but agreed to locate one. They were up front with me in telling me that it may take about a week to locate one in the color I wanted. It ended up taking about 10 days (due to how busy things were as a result of the Memorial Day sales). David did an excellent job of keeping me informed along the way of how things were going in locating my car. I have been driving my new 2018 Honda Accord for a month now and I love it! More

However, there were 2 items not installed at the time of delivery - trunk tray and wheel locks. I had to schedule a service visit which I did but then waited over 1 hour for something that should have taken 5 minutes! It was treated like any other service appointment, rather than expediting it as it was for items that the dealer owed me from the original sale. Both Brian Girandola (Sales Manager) and Louis Stenger (Sales Director) were very responsive once contacted and provided a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Very impressive. More
