I was Lucky to have Service Technician Angelica service my vehicle and upon leaving I could tell the effort that was put into her quality of work is high! The interior was kept nice and clean, car was finished in a timely manner and although it was only basic maintenance that was performed, I could tell that Angelica really cares about what she does. My sister and I came in to purchase a new car and immediately in the parking lot “Fredrick” came up to us. We started negotiating on the price and I presented a fair price to him. He came back from the main office telling us “ manager said either we take the price written down or we leave” he then proceed to say “if you can get this price any where else buy me car (with a mean tone & altitude) and THROW his license at us”. Maybe because we are females he felt he could treat us this way. Feeling disrespected we left and a sales manager Luis Felip came after us to apologize. If you go Honda 23 do not deal with Fredrick as he was rude and disrespectful to us. More
