He is a very polite person, who does not push the customer, to buy..This meant a lot to me,,,having nobody, who was forcing me to buy.. ,,That is why, shortly after speaking, to this Salesman,,,I bought the Car. The Car, I love not like,,,,It is fantastic, how comfortable it is, Besides, the front part, is not as long as the other Car,,,,that I see outside, much better.. Amazing Experience with Miracle Workers! I am in awe of how much help we received from this dealership. Other dealership makes you feel so small when you have a bad credit rating. Always emphasizing that they cannot help very much because of your credit score, etc. It's almost a "take it or leave it" deal. With Route 23 Honda, they work with you. They were so non-judgmental that you feel comfortable working with them. It isn't making a "deal", it's working together to get a vehicle we need, deserve and most importantly, can afford. I am especially thankful for Jay Vargas, in sales, and Edwin Mendez, the finance manager. Both has helped me tremendously and made the process so smooth. Jay is very patient with me - and I am not an easy person to please. Edwin is equally patient - even going so much as explaining things to me that I wasn't clear about. He made sure that I am comfortable with the decision I am making. Route 23 Honda is blessed to have them both on their team. I have already referred a friend of mine to them - and yes, she too got a vehicle that was beyond what she expected. This team is definitely a miracle worker. Above and beyond!!! Our salesman Ron Siegel went above and beyond the night we bought our new car. This was to be Ron's early night going home at 6:00PM. I stopped by and met with Ron around 4:30 told him about the options my wife was looking for but that she would not be home until later that night. When I got home I received and e-mail from Ron listing what HRV'S he had with the options she wanted and that he would stay later so she can take it for a test ride. Needles to say Ron was there with us past 9:30 that night. showing us all the features and even programing her phone. More
