To me, buying a car is a HUGE deal. I need to feel a connection and comfort with the sales staff, or I simply walk out. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I had a good feeling. Salesman Chris was very patient, hospitable, and REALLY did his homework about knowing all the ins and outs of the car I wanted.
