Unbelievable Dino riccio was a godsend . He helped get me out of a nightmare situation from a unnamed ford dealer into a brand new 2016 Honda Accord sport and en Dino riccio was a godsend . He was very understanding sympathetic and very professional and at the same time very personal . He got the deal done quick . We We're at many dealerships and we were treated unwearthy disrespected and lied too . The finance department and Dino work very smooth together and got the job done and pleasurable .I would recommend this dealership to anybody and everybody who want to be treated with honesty respect and integrity . Bought a lemon. Very unhappy with the seats and the Service When car was 3 weeks old needed new parts which took 2 weeks in rental. Since purchased in 2013 the car has needed brakes, 4 new tires, battery and st When car was 3 weeks old needed new parts which took 2 weeks in rental. Since purchased in 2013 the car has needed brakes, 4 new tires, battery and starter. The car wouldn't start I took it in for service 3 times they couldn't decide what the problem was so they gave me a starter which the charged me around $700.00. I bring the car home and the next morning the car wouldn't start so they came and jumped started it and put a new battery in it and didn't charge me. So basically they charged me &700.00 for a new battery. I have a new starter which I didn't need. Manager said to me didn't you ever hire a plumber and the made a mistake. She was not helpful and rather rude. Very poor experience there. More

Calm Peaceful & Good Deal Walked in without an appointment and walked out with brand new car. I was lucky enough to get Chris a young,knowledgable,decent salesman. He asked the right questions and had me test drive a base vehicle. He then realized I wanted more and put me in the right car that I ended up leasing. I felt comfortable and most importantly I felt like I got a great deal and rather quickly. Fair negotiations is tough especially for a women and I feel confident that I got a good deal. I hope he is there in 3 years,or when my kids need a car., I owe him my loyalty and I would never say that about a car salesman! 😇😀 More

New Lease Civic 2016 My daughter and I were out shopping for a new lease. We went to many different dealers and test drove over 15 different vehicles. Route 23 Honda and My daughter and I were out shopping for a new lease. We went to many different dealers and test drove over 15 different vehicles. Route 23 Honda and Ron were our first stop. We test drove the HRV, Civic (both Coupe and Sedan) and an Accord. Ron was very patient with us through all of our test drives. We informed Ron that we were going to get back to him as we were going to test drive a few other cars as well. Ron was great and did not pressure us. After all of our test drives and some pricing of other vehicles, we called Ron and set up an appointment to meet with him. He was very flexible with his time. When we returned we test drove the Civic and Accord again. Ron was great and never made a fuss. When it came down to pricing the lease on the Civic, he was very straight forward and present us with the best pricing and I didn't have to haggle with him or the dealership. To be honest we had our hearts set on a different manufacture and vehicle, but that dealer was just playing games and we left because it felt like they were playing games with the pricing. Long story short, Ron and Route 23 Honda were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend purchasing a car through Ron. More
