Easiest car buying experience so far Let's start by saying, I walked in (not convinced I would end up with this car) and left with the 2016 Honda CRV Touring three hours later. Steve Ma Let's start by saying, I walked in (not convinced I would end up with this car) and left with the 2016 Honda CRV Touring three hours later. Steve Mains was right there at the door, ready to work with me (and I brought my parents along since they have to ride in it from time to time). He brought me to look at a really nice CRV Touring model in the show room which was really everything I was looking for. The nice Obsidian blue color was a bonus. I didn't even end up looking at another car other than the actual one that I test drove. Taking the car for a test drive was simple and easy, the "negotiation" part was relatively straight-forward since this car practically sells itself. He took care of all details from processing the request, the trade in, calling the insurance company any working with Sonny, the finance guy. By the time that was done (in about 3 hours which includes me leaving and coming back with my trade in and title) I was ready to walk out the door with my new car and drive it away! I have only driven in about 20 minutes so far but I'm "Head over heels" just like the blond girl in the commercial. Clearly Route 23 Honda is paying attention to their marketing campaigns and demographics. Thanks to Steve, Sonny, and to owners Adam and Jessica Barish who took care of my car until it found it's rightful owner - me! More

Patrick Healy is PHENOMENAL! I walked in knowing that I wanted to test drive the HR-V, but wasn't sure if I would like the way it drove. I was pleasantly surprised by the time that Patrick Healy took to test drive the car and even more surprised how he took the time to explain and demonstrate all the vehicle's features. By this point I was pretty much sold on driving a Honda again! I felt like a family member by the time the purchase was complete.
