New Lease Civic 2016 My daughter and I were out shopping for a new lease. We went to many different dealers and test drove over 15 different vehicles. We test drove the HRV, Civic (both Coupe and Sedan) and an Accord. Ron was very patient with us through all of our test drives. We informed Ron that we were going to get back to him as we were going to test drive a few other cars as well. Ron was great and did not pressure us. After all of our test drives and some pricing of other vehicles, we called Ron and set up an appointment to meet with him. He was very flexible with his time. When we returned we test drove the Civic and Accord again. Ron was great and never made a fuss. When it came down to pricing the lease on the Civic, he was very straight forward and present us with the best pricing and I didn't have to haggle with him or the dealership. To be honest we had our hearts set on a different manufacture and vehicle, but that dealer was just playing games and we left because it felt like they were playing games with the pricing. Long story short, Ron and Route 23 Honda were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend purchasing a car through Ron. More

Consistent Dealership My family has used Route 23 Honda for a long time. My first two cars were from here and after a while with another brand I just purchased a 2016 Accor My family has used Route 23 Honda for a long time. My first two cars were from here and after a while with another brand I just purchased a 2016 Accord EX-L from them. Erick, filling in for my salesman, was extremely helpful. He was also no pressure and willing to see things through. I used a quote from another dealer as my base. He really made his part of the deal seamless. The reason for the star downgrade was for three things during the finance process. The largest was, when about to sign the loan looking at the numbers presented, they used the MSRP of the car rather than the price we agreed to (rather large differential). Second, I was transferring my plates and the DMV costs they presented for me to sign they were done based on new plates. Finally, when they presented the extended warranty options it was a piece of paper with 'these are the services' nothing about the cost or even that this was dealing with warranty. I had to ask what this was. In summary, my warning is just check your numbers before signing (as you should anyway) More

Well, needless to say, walking in to Rt 23 Honda was a decision that I do not regret. I was assisted by Carlsen B, who made the experience comfortable and stress free. The very first vehicle that he showed me, met my budget and was available. There was no need to show me more. The process was smoother than I had imagined it to be. He was friendly, professional and seemed to truly care about meeting my needs. He will continue to be my 'go to' person for as long as I continue purchasing vehicles there. The finance department was also wonderful. More

After all, everyone knows "third time's a charm"... Well, it absolutely was the best decision we had made. Sales consultant Carlsen Boncoeur was assigned to us. He got straight to the point with wanting to know what our expectations were. Personally, I like when people get right to what we ask of them because I cannot stand being in a dealer for half of my day. I was very pleased with his professionalism and friendliness. I have never before met a sales consultant who genuinely seemed like he was "rooting" for us to get the vehicle we really needed vs. what I'm sure he would've "wanted" us to get. What I mean is, most sales reps rather you purchase or lease a new vehicle but Carlsen was aiming to get us exactly what we needed. And he accomplished just that. The finance department was wonderful and surprisingly quicker than we had anticipated. I have many more wonderful things I experienced, but overall, we were pleased more than we imagined to be. Carlsen was excellent and exceeded our expectations. I would say that, after today, this won't be my only purchase at this dealership. More
