Both went "over-and-above" in taking care of my service concerns and could not have been more helpful. They listened to my issues and even had Justin ride with me to try and reproduce the problem. After all was "said and done" the service performed was perfect, and the price very fair. I was thinking of purchasing a Chevy Colorado, but the service at Rt23 Honda has me now looking at a new Ridgeline. More

Professional, Honorable, Patient Jay Vargas was the utmost professional throughout our experience. Upon our initial visit he was very informative in clarifying the various trim lines Jay Vargas was the utmost professional throughout our experience. Upon our initial visit he was very informative in clarifying the various trim lines associated with the CR-V. He provided us with the opportunity to test drive a couple of vehicles. He was never high pressure and assured us that he wanted us to purchase a car "We loved, not just liked". We never felt rushed and he was willing to spend time to answer all of our questions. We returned a couple of days later, to work out a deal. Jay, was very honorable in working out a deal that we were very satisfied with. Awesome sales team! I just purchased a 2014 Honda Accord from Luis and Edwin and I LOVE IT! So, I'm bringing my daughter back next weekend to get her car. Luis and Edwin I just purchased a 2014 Honda Accord from Luis and Edwin and I LOVE IT! So, I'm bringing my daughter back next weekend to get her car. Luis and Edwin are great to work with. Last year my daughter and I bought 2 cars and decided to trade them in this year for newer cars. We purchased a Lincoln MKZ 07 and a Ford Focus 12. The transmission went on the Lincoln six months later so I took the car to the service dept. and they gave me a loaner car while they fixed it and it was a 2016 Honda Accord. I fell in love with Honda and decided to trade my car when I got it back. The service department had my car from January 7, 2016 until the end of June 2016 so I was able to drive the Accord for 5 month but when they gave my car back the check engine light was on. Jeremy in the service dept. said to me "if it drives good, don't worry about the light." I told him it wasn't on when I dropped off the car. He promised to call me back but never called. So, I contacted Edwin and explained the situation. They helped me with the trade and with the bank. We transfered all the information from the Lincoln to the Honda I purchased. They made me feel good about using and recommending Rt. 23 Honda. I sent my brother to Luise and Edwin to buy a Honda. He has a Civic now. Thanks sales team. Thumbs down to the service dept. More
