Awesome sales team! I just purchased a 2014 Honda Accord from Luis and Edwin and I LOVE IT! So, I'm bringing my daughter back next weekend to get her car. Luis and Edwin I just purchased a 2014 Honda Accord from Luis and Edwin and I LOVE IT! So, I'm bringing my daughter back next weekend to get her car. Luis and Edwin are great to work with. Last year my daughter and I bought 2 cars and decided to trade them in this year for newer cars. We purchased a Lincoln MKZ 07 and a Ford Focus 12. The transmission went on the Lincoln six months later so I took the car to the service dept. and they gave me a loaner car while they fixed it and it was a 2016 Honda Accord. I fell in love with Honda and decided to trade my car when I got it back. The service department had my car from January 7, 2016 until the end of June 2016 so I was able to drive the Accord for 5 month but when they gave my car back the check engine light was on. Jeremy in the service dept. said to me "if it drives good, don't worry about the light." I told him it wasn't on when I dropped off the car. He promised to call me back but never called. So, I contacted Edwin and explained the situation. They helped me with the trade and with the bank. We transfered all the information from the Lincoln to the Honda I purchased. They made me feel good about using and recommending Rt. 23 Honda. I sent my brother to Luise and Edwin to buy a Honda. He has a Civic now. Thanks sales team. Thumbs down to the service dept. More
