The only thing I would say about Javier is he is very persistent which can come off as pushy but understandable in a field of work such as sales. No Pressure Dealership I went to Route 23 Honda based on a referral from a co-worker who had purchased her last vehicle at this dealership. She said she wasn't pressured int I went to Route 23 Honda based on a referral from a co-worker who had purchased her last vehicle at this dealership. She said she wasn't pressured into buying anything, was given a very fair price for the vehicle she purchased, and said they also have a very good service department. I haven't had a chance to use the service department as yet, but she was spot on with the rest. After determining the type of vehicle I was looking for, I met with the sales rep (Patrick Healy). We took the vehicle out for a test drive, and he went through a lot of the features that the vehicle offered and explained what they were, and how to use them. The vehicle I wanted to replacing was 12 years old, and didn't have any of the bells and whistles that current vehicles have! When the test drive was done I told him I liked the vehicle and would get back to him with my decision. Unfortunately, a few days later, the union I belong to went out on strike. Patrick had called me at about the same time to see if I had made any decision on the vehicle. I explained to him that I currently wasn't working and would have to wait to make a decision. At that point I thought for sure he would be calling me every couple of days to see if I had made a decision, but he didn't. I was very happy with that! Once I had gotten back to work, and finances back in order, I went back to the dealership and met with Patrick again. They had the vehicle in the color I wanted on the lot. He again went through the features of the vehicle, and gave me a price that was in line with what KBB had suggested. He also gave me what I was looking to get for my trade in. I don't particularly care for haggling, and didn't need to. We set up for pick up of the vehicle a couple of days later. When I went in to take care of the final paperwork (I financed through Honda so there was a lot of paperwork!), I then met with Sunny Chan who thoroughly explained what each form was for, and made sure it was all clear to me. Upon completion of the paperwork, Patrick then went over the vehicle with me to make sure everything was in good condition, and again explained the features, and how they worked or how to set them up. He also gave me a list of optional items that could be added to the vehicle. He brought me to the service department, and explained the procedures for having service done. All in all I was very happy and surprised with the whole experience. Having to deal with sales reps and dealerships is never something I looked forward to. The dealership was well maintained. The people were all very friendly and helpful, and the fact that Patrick didn't hound me with phone calls after I explained my temporary work set back made a huge difference in my decision to go to Route 23 Honda. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking to purchase a Honda. More

Wonderful I had a great experience! I walked in very worried that I was not going to be able to get a bigger vehicle for me and my children. But thanks to Shane I had a great experience! I feel that these two men bent over backwards for me, they for sure work hard and do great at what they do, they to very good care of me.
