He is so much more than a "salesman". This is my 1st Honda/ always had GM/CHEVY or TOYOTA but I will be back to Luis when I am ready for my next vehicle. Plus I had a small issue/ nothing really worth mentioning/ after my service. I called Luis to really, just let him know. And he had me come in and her rectified the situation immediately.
