From start to finish Steve Mains was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with every aspect of the purchase. Route 23 Honda kept the car for 3 days until the transport company could come and pick it up for shipping from New Jersey to California. I would also like to add that Fred Mehler was also incredibly helpful in clearing up a question about the car being able to clear California emissions testing. He called the California Division of Motor Vehicles several times until he got an answer. We are very grateful for his diligence, as well as his assistance and guidance during the finance segment of the purchase. I recently spent some time in Palm Springs and my daughter drove down for the weekend in her beautiful white Honda Pilot. She and her husband are loving the SUV and both are looking forward to the end of school and heading out of town and camping for the summer. Their travels will be greatly enhanced by the fabulous deal and the fabulous car she purchased with your expertise and assistance. My 2004 Honda Pilot is fine…121,000+ miles and doing great.
