VERY TALKATIVE BUT INFORMATIVE AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN "BLUE TOOTH" AND OTHER GADGETS ON THE CAR. ALSO SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY. FIRST HE TOOK THE EZPASS TRANSPONDER OFF THE WINDSHIELD (WHICH I TOTALLY FORGOT) AND THEN HE CONVINCED THE MANAGER TO INCLUDE THE ROOF RACK AND RAILS BECAUSE WE ARE "LOYALTY CUSTOMERS"...WE'VE BOUGHT 5 CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP SO FAR. Dont ever buy a car from these guys If you are a first time car buyer like I was don't ever trust these guys they will sell you a car that is way over priced lie to you about refinancing If you are a first time car buyer like I was don't ever trust these guys they will sell you a car that is way over priced lie to you about refinancing, telling you, you can refinance when they know too well the car is too old to refinance. They never call you back, and the car has had three recalls since I have had the vehicle. More
