Wow..What a wonderful experience I've been shopping for my new vehicle and my experience in other dealerships were disappointing but here it was wonderful. I was shopping for a car with my daughter and she knew the moment we arrived this was it. We had questions and they had answers. Other dealerships would avoid giving you a straight answer but not here. David had patience of a saint. Since this is not something you buy everyday, paying attention to detail is very important to me. The Pilot has wonderful features and David reviewed each of them with me. He took the time to go over all the new technical features (ie Honda Sensing and Apple Car Play) with me before my test drive and again on the day that I picked up my car. I signed the deal to purchase my car on the Saturday morning of Memorial Day Weekend. Route 23 Honda did not have the color that I wanted in inventory but agreed to locate one. They were up front with me in telling me that it may take about a week to locate one in the color I wanted. It ended up taking about 10 days (due to how busy things were as a result of the Memorial Day sales). David did an excellent job of keeping me informed along the way of how things were going in locating my car. I have been driving my new 2018 Honda Accord for a month now and I love it! More
