Very disappointing expereince at the delearship After multiple phone calls and emails I was assured that the car that I am looking for is available at the dealership. However, when I came in person, After multiple phone calls and emails I was assured that the car that I am looking for is available at the dealership. However, when I came in person, the sales person showed me at least 3 cars that I wasn't interested in. After 2 hours, when I was about to walk out, I was told that they found a car. This is the first time it took me 7 hours to buy a car. After the price was negotiated and I was on a brink of exhaustion and just wanted to sign the contract to get out from that place, I found hidden charges that were never discussed with me and was overcharged for the registration an arm and a half. Would never come back to this place and would never recommend it to any of my friends. More

He was professional, really really knew necessary details as they came up in discussion, but was also very personable. I covered several topics briefly outside of the sales experience with him (over separate visits with him) and he showed a really amiable, pleasant nature about him. I would most certainly and highly recommend Ron as your salesperson of choice if you are looking for a Honda in the northern NJ area.
