Wil Rosa, my salesperson, was thorough, professional, courteous and an absolute delight to work with. Additionally, as the final deal was being negotiated, I had multiple conversations with Brian Girandola, the dealership's General Sales Manager. Brian understood the manner in which I was approaching the transaction, as I am a very informed consumer who negotiates aggressively. Brian was the consummate professional in his dealings with me. Every contact we had was an enjoyable and professional experience, where both parties treated treated each other with respect and understanding.
