WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Very worst Nissan dealer is so called as "Route33Nissan". The manager is very rude and does not even have a basic ethics on how to talk to the custome Very worst Nissan dealer is so called as "Route33Nissan". I visited the store on 12/26/2016, there was no one on the reception to guide me and most of the staffs are addressing other customers and some were ideally staring their computers. This is the situation for pre-booked appointment to check their used inventory car. After a little wait a sale person "Vlad Jivotovsk" address me and showed the car from used inventory which I don't like it after taking test drive, but they asked me to go with new car (2017), since some specials are going on. But without showing the vehicle and telling the final MSRP price they asked me the question of how much I can afford to pay per month (financing). I quoted 500-600 (thinking the term as 36 months), but he went to his manager and came back with 575$ for 5 years. When I asked for breakdown, they don't have any answers. But they are trying to negotiate on the monthly payments. The whole scene looked unrealistic for me, since I have not seen the car and no firm price information shared. So I informed the sale person that I have no interest to proceed further. The sale person was very polite and answered all my questions, but he was running back and forth to get mangers input for each and every question. Since I said, I wanted to leave, he had no choice other than calling the manager. The manager came and started to argue with me on how much you think can pay, etc., and started to behave very rudely. He behaved like he had no interest and time to deal with me in selling used car. Manger was with wrong attitude. More
