We were very pleased with the promptness of service. We came in to discuss trading in our SUV and left with a 2012 Elantra. We would recommend the dealership to our family and friends. came in to discuss trading in our SUV and left with a 2012 Elantra. We would recommend the dealership to our family and friends. More

We baught a car a couple of years ago and was treated well, along with no nonsence pricing. The same thing this year, great service, with the nicest staff, and they are all doing it from that makeshift showroom. Can't wait till the new dealership is done, looks great guys, thanks again on a great sales experience! More
Absolutely awful experience!!Rude, uncaring, unkind, not friendly! When we were making a deal they were great, after the deal was done it was a totally different story, I was no better than a piece of tras friendly! When we were making a deal they were great, after the deal was done it was a totally different story, I was no better than a piece of trash. Every time I called I was given the run around. IF (and thats a big if) they called back it was not with good news. They ask me to come in to sign this or that and when I get there, they wanted to know why I was there. The delivery was a joke, I went to get my car and they asked if I could come back another day. Totally uncaring and a joke. They gave me a 50% off oil change to try to make up for everything. Again a joke! They made 2 major mistakes and could have cared less about what it did to me. THEY made a mistake on the paperwork for 1 of the vehicles and I had to go down and sign a new contract, then they expected me to give them a check because of THEIR mistake. When I refused they acted like I was the one at fault. THEY wrote the wrong information on a payoff check to the finance company but I had to do all the calling and work to try to straighten it out. When the finance company conference called the manager Tony and myself, Tony was so rude to them I had to apologize because I was so embaressed. I was shocked at how he was talking to this person! So rude and he knew I was on the line and hung up on us both. Even when I did a rating before, soon after we got the cars and it wasn't favorable, the General Manger emails back with a simple, I apologize. A lot of good that does. I never had such stress, aggrevation or problems over buying a car and its all on them and all I get is sorry. JOKE!! I am so sorry we went there and really wished we hadn't. It has been one thing after another and none of it good. I removed all of the stickers and plate frames from the vehicles that had their name on it, I am so disgusted with them. I will never, ever go there again. When the leases are up I will bring my business to someone else who knows what customer service means. I am and will tell anyone who asks, NEVER go there, just awful!!!! More
Dealership was terrible. We went in to look at a Sonata, telling the dealer that we were not buying that day but had heard good things about the brand and would like to look at the car. (We should have kno telling the dealer that we were not buying that day but had heard good things about the brand and would like to look at the car. (We should have known the moment the dealer told us they we owned by the same xxxx bags that own the dealership next door, which we had a similar experience 3 years ago.)The salesmen, Syrd, I beleive, brought us in and asked what we wanted to pay a month. We told him less than we were currently. (Now mind you I am driving a fully loaded Buick Enclave) He said he wasn't sure if that was possible because the Hyundia was worth more than my car. LOL. He told us he'd have his "sales manager" look at my car so he needed our regisrtation, my keys and a copy of our id's for the test drive. He took all that and disappeared for about a half our. Now since we were just looking, we didn't anticipate getting stuck in the dealer, so we had our toddler with us. Once he finally came back with our stuff I asked immediately for my car keys so I could go to the car and get my daughter a drink. He gave me the keys for the car, which was now parked as far away from us as possible. While I was getting her juice my husband asked what he's come up with for numbers, we were told that he couldn't discuss that until after we drove the car, which would be in about 10 minutes. I came back in the door to a toddler who was ready to go, not a melt down yet, but any more time in the dealer and thats where we were headed. I politely told the salemen we wouldn't be able to test drive today, as it was just taking too long, we'd have to come back another day. I asked for our ID's, which were returned, but we'd forgotten he also had our registration. I was told "I didn't come knowking on your door lady, you came to me!" What????? Once we were home, I realized we'd never gotten the registration back. I called the next morning, as by the time we'd gotten home the dealership was closed. I spoke with the receptionist, who informed me all the sales people were in a meeting but someone would call me back when they were out. I went over the story with her, she told me she couldn't believe that, that was very unlike the dealership. At 12, after no return call, I called again and spoke with Laura. She looked for where the registration using end up (this happens a lots?) and couldn't find it. I was promised a call back. Its been 24 hours and I've left her 2 messages since, with no return call. In the midst of all of this Jeremy, in customer service called to ask about my experience. I told him all of this, he informed me that he would figure out what happened and call me back asap. This too, has been almost 24 hours. We decided to buy a car elsewhere so I've gone to the registry and gotten a copy of my registration, for $25. I figured it'd be easier than getting a straight answer out of these clowns. Complete high pressure, typical sales people, and the entire operation is in on it, since i've talked to 3 different people in the organization, who all lied to us and really didn't care. More

I will definitly be going back to buy very knowledgeable as "Hyundai Dave" was able to answer all my questions and provide me with excellent service. I couldn't be happier with Rt. 44 Hyundai, I purchased a 2011 Sonata from Karim! He was very polite courtious, knowledgable and professional. We have no complaints. After traveling and visiting multiple 2011 Sonata from Karim! He was very polite courtious, knowledgable and professional. We have no complaints. After traveling and visiting multiple dealers, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Rt. 44 Hyndai. I got the best price around and the vehicle is amazing! He took the time to show us how everything works and explain everything to us, he even pulled out the owners manual and went over every detail, he left no stone unturned! We are very happy with our new purchase and feel comfortable we got the best price and value! Unlike many dealers we've had the displeasure dealing with I felt he was very honest and worked very hard to get us exactly what we needed. The selection was incredible. Truely impressed! More
From the moment we walked in, we felt it was a sleazy dealership...even the inappropriate headbanging music blasting through the car lot. Not only did the sales man turn his back on me, and only talk to dealership...even the inappropriate headbanging music blasting through the car lot. Not only did the sales man turn his back on me, and only talk to my husband, he forced us inside to do paperwork JUST to test drive the vehicle. They started their typical sales tactics "how much do you want to spend" "do you have a trade" "give me your phone number, address, email" "what would we have to do to send you home with a new car today" AND WE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE CAR YET! When I refused to give any information, he took his sweet time to get the manager. When the manager came over he was equally as rude. When I exclaimed to him "we have been here for 15 minutes and still are not test driving the vehicle we came to drive" he stated "well, you can leave if you like" So that is exactly what we did, but making sure they tore up the paper work with our information on it first. Watch your back, these guys are professional sleazeballs, and we did not even buy from them...nor would we ever. These are the kind of guys that give car dealers a bad name. You have lost our potential business for good. We went down the highway and bought a Hyundai from a competitor the very same day. Your loss route 44, maybe you will think about changing your ways, management and team. Your company needs a MAJOR re haul. More
This is Moj from Burlington, ma. I saw elantra 2012 in the hyundai website. Because i have a 3 yrs old kid i would like to buy a car with funny and comfort driving and good stuffs so i chose elantra limit the hyundai website. Because i have a 3 yrs old kid i would like to buy a car with funny and comfort driving and good stuffs so i chose elantra limited. i searched everywhere near burlington : Mirak, Herb chambers, and so on but unfortunately they were in a shortage of this car so i went to rout 44 hyundai company and purchased a nice blue limited one with the nav. it was really a good deal. but when i wanted my car to be delivered they told me that some one!!! had an accident with it! i asked em how a preson could drive with e sold car?!!!! i wasreally sad and i wanted em to return my money. But what wasreally happened overthere? First I would like you to know got my money back from rout 44 raynham ma and bought a Sonata from Bernadi Hyunday Brockton because despite of everything i was and still am interested in Hyundai. BUT i am disappointed with that dealership rout 44. They hurt me, they hurt me badly. yesterday 7th of july i went there. There were no sign of our saleman that i don't want t mention his name here but one of his colleagues did the return money stuff for us. Me and my husband told him that we don't believe the whole story - i mean the crash of car prior delivery - and we asked for the manager. He told us that he wanted to be honest and acturally there were no such crash!!! and the wrost thing was that: i saw the car elantra 2012 outside of the office!!! the only blue they had that its paper was and still is in my bag! with a person sitting inside. I am a General Physician so i can't be a stupid person to survive in my major here in the us. When you trust a company dealership office it meansyou trust the company itself. If they have 2 or 3 dealerships same as route 44 i ams sorry to say these words but they are finished in the us. you can't imagine my feelings after hearing such things. They cheated on me for what? more money i think. i wished i had lots of time to spend at court beacause i've got all of car paper here with me but i don't. i have to study hard for my USMLE exams. but i know some one will have this plenty of time for them if they try to do such again. The least thing i can do is to go to the famous "car advice sites" an let the people know about rout 44 dealership to prevent what has happened for me. Fortunately the other dealership Bernadi was Great place, had nice people. It was on our way back to home. still far but a nice place to buy a car. I didn't know if i could afford the price of sonata but when they saw me so sad - i was gonna cry ! believe or not - they did everything to make me happy and i appreciate that . i really liked to have an elantra but i am now happy with my sonata too.
