Moj, I have read your review. On behalf of Route 44 Hyundai, I would like to sincerely apologize for your experience. This was simply a misunderstanding and we regret all inconveniences you have experienced as a result. We originally sold the vehicle on a Saturday-one day before you arrived at our dealership. Once we realized the Elantra was already sold, we chose to do the right thing and deliver the car to the customer who bought the vehicle first. Since we made a mistake, we also offered you a Hyundai Sonata for the same price, costing us thousands of dollars. At Route 44 Hyundai, we want to do whatever we can to be honest and make sure our customers are completely happy. We worked hard to correct this mistake and make sure the original customer and yourself were satisfied. We never claimed the vehicle was in an accident. We simply wanted to do the right thing.
