No call backs - 9 messages - zero call backs I had a terrible experience at their Nissan Dealership when I purchased my 2016 Jeep. After some terrible reviews online they finally helped me. The only reason I go back to these people is because the Jeep came with free oil changes. On my last oil change they broke the plastic piece under the car that covers the oil service area. I called when I noticed and they asked me to come back. I explained that I live an hour away and want to make sure the part is in stock before I make the trip. I was told they'd look into it. 9 phone calls later and I have still not heard back. This is what the sales people did when I purchased the car. This is what they do by design. Terrible, but I will get the free oil changes just ti spite them. More

Liars I was searching for a car on Carfax and came across a used car listed at this dealership. I called the dealership at 9 am to ask if the car was still I was searching for a car on Carfax and came across a used car listed at this dealership. I called the dealership at 9 am to ask if the car was still available. The woman said she looked it up and it was available. She then asked to put me on hold so she could call someone to make sure it was in fact still there. She came back on the phone and said that it was. She then asked if I wanted to make an appointment to take it for a test drive. I informed her that I lived 2 hours away and made an appointment for 12:30 pm. My husband and I drove to the dealership, met with one of the salesmen and were subsequently told that they no longer have the vehicle. We were told it was sold some time ago. NOT that day, not while we were on our way there, but DAYS before I called. We didn't even get an apology, the salesman said "It's out of my hands". I don't understand their reasoning for completely wasting our time. Complete disregard for other people's time, I'm thankful I didn't have to give them the chance to completely disregard the value of my money as well. More

I was specifically in search of a Jeep Renegade and when I made an appointment with Luis Joseph. He made it an easy experience and was well informed about all of the vehicles not just the one I was interested in and after laying out the pros and cons I ended up with an awesome deal! He didn't force me into anything beyond my budget and in the end I felt so comfortable that my "test drive" experience became a "DEAL!" I drove off with my new vehicle and am so please with the follow up from Luis and honestly all of the associates at Route 46 Jeep. More
