Not to mention they probably forgot to do six different things to close the deal. If I wasn't in need of a car so bad I would have walked out. If I could give zero stars I would. I left this place crying. More

Unethical Sales Department Mike Markowski sold me a car with the benefit of 4 free oil changes per year. When I brought my car in for service, I was told that my car needed sy Mike Markowski sold me a car with the benefit of 4 free oil changes per year. When I brought my car in for service, I was told that my car needed synthetic oil and that I would only get $25 off the price. After a lot of arguing, I was told that ONLY if I paid for the full maintenance would I get a free oil change. The sales department is dishonest. They also tried to charge me etching VIN on the windows. Since my car was used, it was already there. BEWARE...DISHONEST SALES If anyone was promised free oil changes and are being charged, join me in a class action lawsuit to stop fraud!! This dealersip needs to stop unresponsible and unethical sales practices...BEWARE!!! More
