Bait and switch I recieved an online quote regarding a new Jeep I was interested in. The dealership called me and verified that the vehicle was available and confirme I recieved an online quote regarding a new Jeep I was interested in. The dealership called me and verified that the vehicle was available and confirmed the price. When I got to the dealership to look at the car, I was informed that the price I was quoted was before modifications had been made, and now the new price of the car was $20,000 more! That's not a typo. I didn't accidentally put an extra zero. The sticker on the car was $20,000 more than the quote they had given me! They obviously wouldn't honor the quote and blamed the Internet sales team for not updating the listing - which actually had been updated because it includes a picture of the car with the modifications! IncludeS isn't a typo either. The listing is still up and hasn't been corrected. It still includes the picture of the modified car with the original price. It's been almost 2 weeks and they haven't fixed the "mistake"! That's just shady. More
