Couldn't care any less about the customer!! My $42,000 jeep is less than a year old and the check engine light continues to come on. Service can't find why it's coming on and have tried to cha My $42,000 jeep is less than a year old and the check engine light continues to come on. Service can't find why it's coming on and have tried to change random parts in hopes to resolve the issue. The manager Bill at this dealership couldn't care any less about my problem and told me that I can just get an attorney if I wanted to go the lemon law route. He would barely let me speak and Had no interest in listening. He sounded annoyed the whole time. Additionally, in his opinion, the check engine light is working correctly since they keep changing things because of it which was the most ridiculous statement ever. We have spent hours upon hours sitting and waiting for this truck to get serviced over the last three months and this is the response we get?!?. Once they get your sale, you're dead to them. I urge all of my friends, family, and brothers and sisters in blue to not go here ! I have never in life wrote a review about any store/product - but I will go to great lengths to make sure no one goes here. I commented on their Facebook page and wrote on their wall in order to get a response and they deleted it and disabled all comments without ever reaching out to me !! Disgusting More
