Terrible Customer Service I spoke with a gentleman throughout the course of the day regarding a special they had going on. I specifically asked if they had a certain vehicle a I spoke with a gentleman throughout the course of the day regarding a special they had going on. I specifically asked if they had a certain vehicle available in stock as I would have had to leave work early, go home (which is 30 minutes away) to get the car, another 30 minutes back and another 30 minutes to the dealership. Once i get there, I spoke with Ed Harney, who was friendly. However, after about an hour of being there, Ed informed me that the vehicle that I was looking for was sold. Then Ed brought the floor manager, Jim, over to us. At first, I thought he was coming over to help the situation. As soon as he arrives, he begins to tell me that this happens everyday and that its natural for cars to be sold, despite me telling him that I was told they had the vehicle (which is the only reason I went out of my way to go in today) just over an hour ago. Instead of trying to help the situation, Jim proceeds to tell me there's no reason to be upset and that if it were him, he'd just think of it as "it wasn't meant to be". I dropped everything I was doing, left work early, drive excessive amounts to make sure I could bring my vehicle in, only to have been misled and told (by the manager) that it happens. Its also worth mentioning that though it may be obvious, Jim did not seem apologetic at all. Needless to say, it was a terrible experience. More
