I went to Rt 46 Jeep after having the worst experience imaginable with DeCozen in Verona (DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU LIKE UNKNOWLEDGABLE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE). Peter was a pleasure to work with, he called me back as he said he would on time every time, even at 6pm on a Friday night. They explained the problem with the Jeep (something DeCozen said clearly was not the problem), said it would be ready by Tuesday. Tuesday is here and we're ready to go. It was refreshing to work with a dealership where you don't feel like you are doing a deal with the devil once you leave. I highly recommend them for serious problems with your Jeep. I brought my car for a a/c problem. I was told it needed a charge. I ok'd the work and was told that would take care of the problem. A week later no a/c again.
