Tony L was AWESOME, hands down the best car sales consultant I ever dealt with!!!!!!!! This past Saturday I made the greatest decision to drive out to New Jersey/Route 46 and was well taken care of i consultant I ever dealt with!!!!!!!! This past Saturday I made the greatest decision to drive out to New Jersey/Route 46 and was well taken care of in a timely manner. Tony explained everything to me, took his time and made sure I drove away with a top of the line 2012 Jeep Compass. It was painless, quick and easy along with did I mention a great deal. I will soon have everyone I know visiting this dealership to have an excellent experience and hopefully drive away with a beautiful SUV or car as I did. My first car experience in Brooklyn was horrible and I drove away with something that I hated. Had I known about this dealership it would have been my first choice when I decided to get my first car. You live and learn so now I know where to turn...... More
I called the dealer this morning to make an appointment to drop my Jeep Liberty off to have a tire changed. I have the service plan for tire replacement. I spoke with a woman and after telling her I had to drop my Jeep Liberty off to have a tire changed. I have the service plan for tire replacement. I spoke with a woman and after telling her I had a nail in my tire she told me they weren't taking any vehicles in today. I laughed because that is how i calm myself down when I'm angry. She proceeded to laugh. I work in customer service and have for many years and I know that if the customer is laughing and a joke was not told you should not laugh. I was treated very poorly over the phone. I called back and requested to speak to the service manager. I left a voice mail and have yet to receive a phone call back. I understand that they may be very busy, but it only takes 15 minutes to change a tire and I was willing to leave my vehicle there and return in the evening to pick it up. That is very poor customer service and when my lease is up I will not purchase another car from them. More
HORRIBLE.. run, don't walk away from this place. Absolutely the worst car buying experience I've ever had. They are rude, unprofessional and have no clue what they are doing or how customers should Absolutely the worst car buying experience I've ever had. They are rude, unprofessional and have no clue what they are doing or how customers should be treated. It took WEEKS to complete the purchase of my car. Every single document involving the purchase (loan paperwork, registration, etc) had major errors on it which I ended up having to correct MYSELF!!! More
This is a follow up to my previous posting, and is to document further the unsatisfactory nature of their business operations. As part of my original deal in March, the sales order estimated $300 for th document further the unsatisfactory nature of their business operations. As part of my original deal in March, the sales order estimated $300 for the title and tag processing, with the understanding that this was only an estimate and that the difference would be refunded to me. I got the tags and title from the dealer in April. It was over 5 months since the the purchase, and I still had not received an accounting nor refund for the title and tag charges. I called the business office several times, and was given the run around. I left messages with my salesman, but he never called back. I finally drove all the way from NY to the dealer and asked them about the matter. Dan, a guy at the sales podium went to the business office, and after about 30 minutes he came back with a check for the refund. When I asked him the reason for the delay in the refund, he got defensive and just a bit hostile, stating that he got me the check and that's all he was going to do. If I had questions about the delay, I was going to have to find someone else to talk to. This confirmed my suspicion that the dealer's SOP was to delay refunds until the customer hollered loud/long enough. Its a shame that for less than $150, the dealer has to play negative games like this. Shame on their business office. I love the car, but will never do business with this dealer again. More
I was shopping for a two year old Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I found a brand new listing on Autotrader.com for the exact car we were looking for. I called to see if it was still in inventory and they Limited. I found a brand new listing on Autotrader.com for the exact car we were looking for. I called to see if it was still in inventory and they said yes and I made an immediate appointment to see the car. My wife then drove two hours from Long Island to New Jersey only to find that they were lying and did not have the car - and no it was not sold withing the two hours it took to get there. Complete bait-and-switch tactic. Do not use these people - they are dishonest and will lie to you with a smile. I wouldn't recommend buying any Snake Oil from them either. Run away! More

Tony is a passionate man about what he does. He worked hard and diligently to ensure my vehicle was taken care of; even down to the point where he would rather prolong delivery of my Jeep to make sure tha hard and diligently to ensure my vehicle was taken care of; even down to the point where he would rather prolong delivery of my Jeep to make sure that every single bolt and button was perfect instead of just rushing it and getting me out the door! I sincerely thank him for his experience and expertise! By the way he's the jeep accessory expert, ask and he'll hook you up or at least know where to get it from! More
I LEASED A 2012 DODGE DURANGO FOR 39/MO FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND HAD AN OVERALL POOR EXPERIENCE. NOT ONLY DID THEY MAKE ME WAIT OVER A WEEK FOR CREDIT APPROVAL -FOR A TIER A RATING-, THE ENTIRE PROCE DEALERSHIP AND HAD AN OVERALL POOR EXPERIENCE. NOT ONLY DID THEY MAKE ME WAIT OVER A WEEK FOR CREDIT APPROVAL -FOR A TIER A RATING-, THE ENTIRE PROCESS TOOK ABOUT A MONTH. THE SALES REP CHECKS HIS EMAIL LIKE ONCE A DAY AND HARDLY REPLIES. WHEN I PICKED UP THE TRUCK, I PAID MY DOWN PAYMENT AND WAS THEN ASKED -OK. HOW DO YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR 1ST PAYMENT? OH AND YOU HAVE TO PAY YOUR REG FEES OF $291- I DONT KNOW ABOUT ANYONE ELSE BUT IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS. MY DOWN PAYMENT WAS ALWAYS TOTAL MONEY DOWN WITH NO OTHER COSTS. VERY UNEXPECTED. THE DAY I PICKED UP MY TRUCK, I NOTICED DAMAGE TO ALL THE WINDOW MOLDING ON THE VEHICLE. AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS AND NO RESPONSES FROM ANYONE, I STOPPED IN A TALKED TO A MANAGER AND ITS BEING HANDLED FINALLY. THING IM PISSED ABOUT IS NO ONE REPLIED TO MY EMAILS OR VOICEMAILS AFTER I SIGNED THE LEASE. I STOPPED IN TO PURCHASE A REMOTE START AND ONLINE ON MOPAR IT STATES $238 FOR THE PART AND $479 FOR PART + INSTALLATION. MY SERVICE REP APPARENTLY ADDED BOTH NUMBERS AND ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME AN EXTRA $300 AND ARGUED WITH ME THAT HIS GUY TOOK 4.5HRS TO INSTALL IT. MORE BS! I HAD TO TALK TO THE SERVICE MANAGER WHO PULLED IT UP ONLINE AND SAID I WAS RIGHT. PLUS, THE REP TOLD ME TO COME BACK AT 1ST OIL CHANGE TO REPLACE MY SCRATCHED MOLDING..A JOKE UNTIL I SPOKE TO A MANAGER. AND ANOTHER THING, THE REMOTE START ONLY BLOWS HOT AIR OUT OF THE A/C.. THE VEHICLE I TRADED IN WAS APPRAISED AT $11,000 AND ITS NOW ONLINE SELLING FOR $17,000.. MY POINT IS..EVERY TIME I WALK INTO THIS DEALERSHIP I FEEL LIKE IM ABOUT TO GET ROBBED. SHOP AROUND AND BE VERY CAREFUL.... AND ALL THOSE CALLS YOU GET FROM ALL KINDS OF MANAGERS ASKING ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE...THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK... More
My husband and I stopped in here on a whim after shopping around for ANYTHING in our price range, hoping we might be able to get a Jeep - which we both always wanted. We were greeted right away and introduce around for ANYTHING in our price range, hoping we might be able to get a Jeep - which we both always wanted. We were greeted right away and introduced to Ed and told he was a bit "new". He was nice, figured out what we wanted, and took us on a test drive. We didn't feel pressured or patronized at all. We only had a certain amount down and so much to spend a month and after some negotiating, the sales manager came over and told us "It's the end of the month and I have to move some cars. Come in tomorrow with $____ down (all that we told them we could put down) and we'll do $____ a month". Perfect! We were thrilled when we left. Next day, we came in knowing exactly what we wanted. They had one left (the one we test drove) so we said we would take it. We THEN waited 2 hours to finish the process. Any only when we walked into the financing office to sign everything did we find out the price would be $30 more per month than the manager told us AND our first month's payment was due that day (which NO ONE mentioned prior). When we ran numbers with Ed, it was assumed (as any normal person would) that the prices he was quoting included taxes and fees. He never once said anything about these being extra, nor did his manager. We knew those were an extra cost but we were very much mislead when we were given a price - which was the whole reason we came back and went with this dealership. When we expressed how unhappy we were we just got a "I never said taxes and fees weren't extra, sorry you feel that way". Add to that the fact that when I paid the first month's payment I was overcharged by $70, which had to be refunded then I was charged again. If I didn't LOOK at the receipt no one would have been the wiser. A couple days later and I'm still waiting for the refund (even though they gave me a receipt). $300 is a lot of money to charge someone by mistake. When the car was ready, the license plate frame was put back on upside down. And no one shook our hand and wished us well. We weren't happy up until then, but we weren't throwing a fit. Customer service should kick into high gear in these situations but since we had already signed everything and paid they could not have cared any less. The price we ended with was still decent for a lease on a new Jeep but we were not happy at all with this dealership. Make sure you're extremely clear on the pricing before you waste an entire afternoon - or worse - thousands of dollars. More
