Disgusted Never ,ever bring your vehicle in for anything than an oil change! Was told needed 4 rotors and pads , 1300 bucks , took to my mechanic front rotors a Never ,ever bring your vehicle in for anything than an oil change! Poor Customer Service I’m in the market for a new Wrangler. I was happy with my experience at Route 46 Jeep when I bought a new Cherokee there a few years ago, so I sent an I’m in the market for a new Wrangler. I was happy with my experience at Route 46 Jeep when I bought a new Cherokee there a few years ago, so I sent an email to the dealership asking if they would sell me a custom ordered Wrangler for a certain price. I received a call from Anthony asking me to come in to sign the order paperwork. During the call, Anthony confirmed that they would sell the Wrangler for the price I had requested. Upon arrival, I was handed off to another employee (Adam) to complete the deal. After speaking with who I assume was the GM, Adam told me that they were unwilling to sell me the Wrangler for the price Anthony had agreed to, but would sell it to me for a price about $2K higher. I will never shop at Route 46 Jeep again. More
