Stay Away!! False Advertising Where do I start with this crooked dealership. I had called and made an appt to drive one of their pre owned cars. The ad in the paper and on Carguru Where do I start with this crooked dealership. I had called and made an appt to drive one of their pre owned cars. The ad in the paper and on Carguru stated the car was 9,999. We drove an hour to the dealership. When I walked in they told me the car was moved to their “sister” dealership up the street. We went to that dealership and I drove the car. When it came to make the deal the “manager” George came out and said the price of the car was made by the sister dealership down the road and they couldn’t honor it. Told me car was now 2000 more. After fighting with him stating false advertising etc. he then came up with a new story that we had to be a prior customer to get that price. I am in contact with my lawyer, the corporate office and the better business bureau. Bad business. False advertising! I still have the ad showing nothing about being a prior customer. Stay away! They are crooked! More

WASTE OF TIME! Horrible is an understatement. Spent all day at the dealership trying to get a new car and they couldn’t give me an answer. Sent my credit report to 8 Horrible is an understatement. Was told I would get a call Monday morning and of course no one called. I gave up after calling over and over again and never being able to speak to the salesman or even a mgr. Unreal...took my business to Salerno Duane in summit. WAY more professional and no run around nonsense. More

Gabe was so patient and lovely to deal with and really worked with me to get the best deal for my new Jeep Grand Cherokee while helping to entertain my 3 year old at the same time:). I went back 2 days later to pick up slush mats and he happily offered to install them for me too.
