I called the dealer this morning to make an appointment to drop my Jeep Liberty off to have a tire changed. I have the service plan for tire replacement. I spoke with a woman and after telling her I had to drop my Jeep Liberty off to have a tire changed. I have the service plan for tire replacement. I spoke with a woman and after telling her I had a nail in my tire she told me they weren't taking any vehicles in today. I laughed because that is how i calm myself down when I'm angry. She proceeded to laugh. I work in customer service and have for many years and I know that if the customer is laughing and a joke was not told you should not laugh. I was treated very poorly over the phone. I called back and requested to speak to the service manager. I left a voice mail and have yet to receive a phone call back. I understand that they may be very busy, but it only takes 15 minutes to change a tire and I was willing to leave my vehicle there and return in the evening to pick it up. That is very poor customer service and when my lease is up I will not purchase another car from them. More
I went to Rt 46 Jeep after having the worst experience imaginable with DeCozen in Verona (DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU LIKE UNKNOWLEDGABLE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE). From the moment I walked into the service dept here, I could tell they were on a much different level. Peter was a pleasure to work with, he called me back as he said he would on time every time, even at 6pm on a Friday night. They explained the problem with the Jeep (something DeCozen said clearly was not the problem), said it would be ready by Tuesday. Tuesday is here and we're ready to go. It was refreshing to work with a dealership where you don't feel like you are doing a deal with the devil once you leave. I highly recommend them for serious problems with your Jeep. I might even make a purchase here. More
I brought my car for a a/c problem. I was told it needed a charge. I ok'd the work and was told that would take care of the problem. A week later no a/c again. When I asked for an explanation I felt like a little child being scolded. He was condescending and rude. I would rather sweat my xxx off than deal with them again. I was warned but didn't listen. I will not return to them for anything. I'll go to a independent shop instead. More

I had a fabulous time at the dealership..they were really friendly and the price was fair...I've definitely found my new dealership (since my original closed down). Brought my 1996 dodge viper in for service, I had just bought the vehicle, it needed a decent amount of work done, or so they said, I was price conscious, so we went through each item an he said he would bought the vehicle, it needed a decent amount of work done, or so they said, I was price conscious, so we went through each item an he said he would reduce the price, when I went to pick the car up they were on a test drive and blew the clutch on the test drive. I had to pay for a new clutch and wait another 4 days. They had they car for three to four weeks, when I went to pick it up the mechanic had just finished putting the new clutch in and went for a test drive, he did not know i was there and I saw him speed out of the shop with my car. When I received the bill the prices were not what we agreed to. He said he would change it but left a page out of the bill on an item he said he was going to give to me for 900, he actually charged me 1100. Had problems with the work that they supposedly did after and the also dented my vehicle. Bad dealer misleading and horrible quality of work, they act friendly but they screw you. I could write for a lot longer but won't. More
