Bait and switch -Received a call From David Strauss that i had a guarantee approval for an auto loan for up to $25,000 and over 600 vehicles to choose from with a zer -Received a call From David Strauss that i had a guarantee approval for an auto loan for up to $25,000 and over 600 vehicles to choose from with a zero down payment. That i can pick a car for $20k and pay nothing upfront and drive a car away the same day. All i had to do was bring my last 2 paystubs and drivers license. I Reiterated what he said several times over and he kept confirming yes and I’ll be leaving with any car of my choice. I got a call later that evening confirming spot from dealership asked same questions and they said yes guaranteed $25k and 0 down and leaving with a car of my choice. Ok called again next morning to confirm again so i don’t drive over and hour to be bait and switched. Spoke with Brenda and she again said yes any car i want $25k and below and 0 down. Ok...10 mins later Troy in finance calls and the story changes. Says not guaranteed approval but approved but need to trade in my other car and if negative equity need to put money down. I explained to him that is not what was disclosed multiple times over. I do not want to trade my other car in. He said then nothing they can do and says those reps don’t know any different. I explained then they shouldn’t give out information and guarantee anything if they infact do not know anything. Total bait and switch just trying to get people in the door. Illegal and false advertising. I have all these calls and voicemails recorded. Buyer beware they are scam artist. More

This dealership was pleasant to be in, everyone was nice, and they had a decent inventory. BUT, look at your fees carefully. They wanted to add $2500 worth of bogus fees like a "safety inspection fee" and a "prep fee" which turned an advertised good deal into a not so good deal. When we questioned the manager on all the fees he said "We have to make money somehow". I felt horrible for our salesman, who was super nice and was obviously just trying to sell the car. Sadly, the cars advertised on line are nothing but "bait and fee" cars. We left and went to another dealer who is reviewed on this site, that doesn't charge any ridiculous fees, and paid what we felt was a good price on a car. More
